The Breast Cancer Awareness Session held on October 22, 2020 at Dastak aimed to educate women about the importance of early detection of breast cancer and its possible treatments. The session was attended by female survivors of domestic violence, who greatly benefited from the session.

The session was conducted by Pink Ribbon, a volunteer-driven organization working in Pakistan for creating awareness about breast cancer. Ms. Sonia Qaiser, began the session by giving overview of breast cancer followed by the screening methods such as self-examination, clinical breast examination and mammogram, and diagnostic procedures of breast cancer. Total 12 women attended this session.
